So Why Wine Blending?

One might think that because of how much wine is available in Hong Kong that winemaking is an easy pursuit. Our apologies for bursting your bubble … it isn’t!

Imagine being an expert Edaphologist (points for knowing even what that is), a hardened Farmer, a Mad Men worthy Advertising Executive & Mad Scientist all at the same time.

Join us and learn the critical decisions that face a winemaker in the final stage before bottling. Learn how to perfect or screw up the structure, style, flavour balance & aromatics of unfinished vino. Put yourself in the mind of a winemaker to find the sweet spot of your own red blend.

A fun & informative class for those keen to get geeky about their wine or for those looking to finally attend a wine event where if the tablecloth remains white, you are doing something wrong.

*This is also the perfect team-building exercise for any corporate team. Let us know if you are interested.
