The Flying Winemaker is excited to offer you something new!

We are partnering with M&C Asia and Natural Food & Beverages to bring you the most authentic experience around Sustainable Seafood and Natural Wines.

M&C Asia will share with you everything you need to know about French Oysters and how to open them – No pain no gain! They will also offer their premium-quality black tiger prawns (naturally raised in mangrove forests) for you to try. In addition, you’ll get to do your own ceviche (an easy and refreshing dish of fish marinated in citrus juice) with Brittany Atlantic Hake!

To pair with such amazing seafood, our friends from Natural Food & Beverages are offering the following natural wines at a very special price just for ONE night:

1.  Egiategia – Dena Dela (fermentation in tanks immersed 15 metres deep in the Bay of Saint-Jean-de-Luz.)

2. Domaine Patrick Hudelot – Hautes Cotes de Nuit Les Plancons (innovative growing methods, using phytotherapy, isotherapy and homoeopathy)

3. Le Rocher des Violettes – Touche Mitaine (for Chenin Blanc lovers)
