  • Delivery

    We offer free delivery to your provided delivery address on purchases of HKD$1,000 or above.

    If you require delivery on your purchase below HKD$1,000, please include the relevant delivery option (HK Island/Kowloon/N.T) to your cart, found on the check-out page.

    For purchases under HKD$1,000 without an included delivery option, we provide a self pick up service from our conveniently located Central address:
    604-605 Yu Yuet Lai Building, 43-55 Wyndham Street, Central.

    Please allow 3-4 days for delivery to be made to your address.

  • FAQs

    Q: "I've just made a purchase of wine for over HKD$1,000 and super excited to receive them at home. What do i do now?!"
    A: Hi there, enthusiastic wine lover! You've got no more to do - it's that simple. We receive and compile your order, and using your delivery address you provided during your Paypal transaction we shall have the wines at your door within 3-4 business days. Our team will confirm a delivery date with you via email.

    Q: "Hello, I've just purchased a single bottle of wine for a pepperoni pizza party I have next week. Where can I pick up my bottle from?"
    A: We approve such casual use of wine! Any bottles for pick up will be available within 2 business days from our conveniently located Central address:

    Office hours Mon-Fri: 9am - 6pm
    We'll get in touch by email to let you know when your bottle is available for pick up.

    Q: "My $700 shopping cart looks too heavy for me to carry home from your conveniently located address. How much is your delivery charge?"
    A: If you drink more wine than you can carry, we salute you! (But please enjoy our wine responsibly.) Please see below for delivery charges per area:
    HK Island: $70, Kowloon: $100, New Territories: $120
    For Outlying Islands, please contact admin@flyingwinemaker.asia for special arrangement.
    To request delivery simply add the relevant delivery to your cart in the check-out window.

  • Replacements

    Our wines are carefully checked, stored and delivered so as to insure the quality of your goods. In the event that you find a delivered bottle to be deemed faulty, please contact us within 14 days of your receipt for examination.

    Please note that we cannot provide a replacement unless the original is returned. For confirmed incidents of faulty bottles we are glad to provide a replacement bottle promptly.
